Laser Engraving Information
- Laser engraving adds a personalized touch to our pieces. Please contact us at customer.service@ristinnovations.com if you would like a piece customized with a laser engraving.
- All engraved items are non-returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the information correctly in our Engraving Form. We will engrave all text entered, exactly as is appears.
- We will determine the location and position of the engraving unless it is otherwise specified. If you have a specific engraving setup in mind, please enter that information in the comments section of our Engraving Form that we will provide you. Otherwise, we will size and position the engraving based on our best judgement.
- A traditional MONOGRAM places the first letter of the last name in the center, larger than the other two initials. Please enter the monogram letters in the following order: First, LAST, Middle.
- INITIALS places the letters in order: first name, middle name, last name, all in the same size font.
- Typically, laser engraved items take an additional 5 business days to process (in addition to our manufacturing time), prior to shipping. Therefore, please allow up to 10 days before your engraved order will ship.
- Line 1 Engraving: $7.50
- Line 2 Engraving $5.00
Custom Printing Information (Coasters)
- We are able to offer custom printing on our drink coasters and wine bottle coasters.
- We can print photos, logos, text, and custom colors on the polyester felt inserts.
- We use a dye sublimation process which causes the ink to permeate into the fibers of the polyester felt. This allows condensation to be easily absorbed into the felt versus using a silk screening process.

- Typical one-time artwork fees are in the range of $10 - $20, depending on complexity.
