ORDERING INFORMATION

DELIVERY Since each piece is handcrafted we try to ship most orders within 5 working days of receiving your order. If there is a delay we will send you an e-mail of the expected delivery date. If you have a specific deadline please e-mail us at customer.service@ristinnovations.com with your desired date.

SALES TAX Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Connecticut addresses.

CLAIMS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please e-mail us at customer.service@ristinnovations.com within 10 days of receipt for further instructions. We will provide you with an RMA number. Please do not ship any product back to us without first contacting us and obtaining an RMA number.

Please retain all packing materials for damage and shortage claims until claim is resolved.

If a piece has been engraved it cannot be returned.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING We ship via USPS which normally takes about 7-10 days for delivery. For faster delivery we can ship your order UPS 3 day for an additional $15, UPS 2 day for an additional $25, or UPS Overnight for an additional $35 charge. At check out, expedited shipping will be an option that you can select. Please note that the shipping time is in addition to our manufacturing lead time that is normally within 5 business days (excluding holidays).

If you need an item to arrive by a specific date, please e-mail us at customer.service@ristinnovations.com make sure it is available for immediate shipment.

up to $30.00 = $5.95
$30.01-50.00 = $7.95
$50.01-90.00 = $9.95
$90.01-130.00 = $11.95
$130.01-190.00 = $14.95
$190.01-250.00 = $17.95
$250.01 and up = $19.95
